Refund policy

At The Gyor, we want you to love your fragrance. We accept exchanges and returns for 50ML, and 100ML perfumes within 15 days of delivery, provided at least 90% of the product remains. Items like samples, testers, candles, and discounted bundles cannot be returned.

If the box, tester is missing, or if more than 10% is used, a small deduction will apply. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it in 5-6 working days and issue you a store coupon for the full amount to use on any perfume. For faulty products, we’ll also refund your return courier cost.
