By placing an order with The Gyor, you agree to our terms. All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days and delivered across Pakistan in 3-5 working days. Please ensure your name, address, and phone number are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for 6ML, 10ML, 50ML, and 100ML perfume bottles only, provided at least 90% of the product remains. Items such as samples, testers, candles, bundles, and discounted products are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued as store credit/coupon codes to be used on our website. Bank refunds are only given for faulty or damaged items received. A small deduction may apply if the box, cellophane, or tester is missing, or if up to 10% of the product has been used.

Fragrance may smell slightly different on each person’s skin, and product images/colors are for reference only. By using our website, you confirm that you are 18+ and agree not to copy or misuse our content. Your personal information is secure with us and will not be shared with third parties.
